The app lets family and friends stay in the loop with their loved one’s care, seeing their visits, what they’ve had to eat, the medication they’ve taken and general notes about how they’re feeling. It’s perfect when families don’t live nearby.

By implementing TagCare’s NHS Assured software, All About You Care Services successfully modernised its day-to-day operations, improving efficiency, visibility and communication across the organisation. The fully integrated digital system enabled carers to:

- record visit information in real time
- support more accurate care monitoring and reporting
With its NHS GP Connect integration, TagCare also helped streamline compliance processes (CQC), support local authority KPI requirements and reduce administrative pressures on office teams, allowing staff to focus more time on delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
