Our hosted servers are hosted with UK Fast, which has a full documentation framework with ISO27001 and PCI DSS that supports this function for Information Security for the company.

If you are a non-hosted customer your database is located and backed up on your internal servers by you/your dedicated IT providers and not by Tagtronics. This means we only have access to your data should you grant this to us in the event that you may require our assistance.
